Exactly what I expected! It is very portable and easy to use. I take it on and off after each use, and feel that I have not inconvenienced others who use the same bathroom. It is so convenient and helpful for me to be more independent. Very easy to install.

I bought this for my mom who lives in an apartment where the toilets are low enough for a child. Not only is she older and has knee and back arthritis but is having a knee replacement this month. She can hardly get on or off the toilet. I bought it and it was SO easy to install. She was thrilled and is still thanking me, calling it 'toilet heaven'. It was perfect!

I bought this Carex EZ Lock Raised Toilet Seat for my 92 year old mother who has difficulty standing up from a sitting position. She's 5' 4" and weighs about 150 lbs. so this looked like a good solution. Although there were no directions in the box my wife had no problems installing it in a few minutes. It screws down securely to the round-style toilet bowl and the handles easily adjusted to the correct width. My mother was pleased with the solution. The design and function is perfect for her use.

I just had knee replacement surgery and this item worked great for me. I would recommend this raised toilet seat with handles to anyone. Very sturdy and easy to install.

I am required by my physician to have a raised toilet seat before my surgery on my hip. I purchased this one because it would work on either one of my toilets, one elongated and one standard. There was no way to get it to seat properly and trying to use the arm handles to stand up. I almost fell and injured myself because it was so unsteady. It came loose from the toilet. I would not recommend this to anyone who needs it for assistance. It could cause them further injury and a fall

I thought this would be the answer but it wasn't. It was uncomfortable to sit on and to get off of. I think the correct answer would be to install a new toilet that is taller from Home Depot.

I had ordered this after getting out of the hospital for massive blood clots. A friend brought me one she had and I tried to cancel the order, couldn't. Then when I got it I couldn't return it EVEN THOUGH it had never been used or the box opened. Not good for the customer at all. People who are in good health don't buy these things in the first place. Not a good way to treat people.

Didn't work well on newer toilet. You also will loose money on the return which they don't tell you

I bought this toilet seat by mistake. It was NEVER opened!!!! The company is saying it is not returnable. Even though it was never used because the box was never opened. This cost $60. If it has been used I could understand. But this box was Never Opened. Steer clear of this company at all costs.
