This is my 1 time of this brand. I found vitamins in i-herb. Just received today. For a finally result conclusion need to anticipate for longer testing. Smell is not strong. Taste is good.

I find this particular brand of vitamin C - Carlson's - to be perfect for me on many levels. Firstly, I trust Carlson as a company, since they've has been around for over 100 years! I feel very secure in its quality. Secondly, I like to take 1000 mg per day of vitamin C. The fact that this brand offers a full dosage of 1000 mg in only ONE soft gel vs needing to take several, is extremely convenient as well as important to me. Thirdly, “soft gels” versus capsules and tablets (if you can find them) are the ‘best' avenue for high absorption! This was my first try with Carlson's C-Gels, but I will definitely be re-purchasing.

instead of buying the vit.C cream that contains other ingredients, I am using this as a part of skin care process but cutting the capsule and squeeze the content out. I have been doing that with Vit E capsule for years and it worked well. Different to Vit. E, this capsule does not look like oil, but white cream. Lost a star because I feel a tiny burnt for a few second and then itchy after putting it on.

I took it and give it to my son every morning with a glass of fruit juice, it's a powerful antioxidant, he likes it and continues to drink it regularly, he hasn't had any kind of concern, he even likes it.

The size of the pill is quite big so it is a little hard to swallow, but the soft gel makes it easier so make sure that you drink a lot of water before you have these after you have these it's a big bottle so you get plenty. I did not notice any difference in my body or immunity honestly speaking. It has no taste.
