Works well tastes fine
Swanson's had this for about 60% off, so a really good deal. It works great as long as you can digest animal fats. I have an 8 year old who hates it, even though he actually likes the taste of it. I suspect he hates it because it causes indigestion. My 5 year old loves it. I like the taste, but after about a month noticed that it caused indigestion. I'm going to try taking betaine hcl for a week or so and then try to take it again and see what happens.

I have an autistic son who has a very hard time with anything taste related, he doesn't even notice any flavor at all when I mix it with his lemonade! I could not be any happier! highly recommend !!

BEST cod liver oil EVER.
I can't believe I'm writing this review. I hated cod liver oil until I found this one. My kids actually prefer their smoothies with cod liver oil now.
