Great vitamin
Although the capsules are large they are smooth and I am able to swallow them with a little difficulty from time to time. But my hair, my nails, and my skin have reacted positively to them. And I only take 1 a day, not the recommended 2 a day.

Highest Quantity of Omega 3 per Capsule!!
After extensive research on Omega 3 supplements. I figured out Carlson's Maximum Omega 2000 was the best bang for my buck. As I ONLY want to take one capsule per day. The Maximum Strength gives me 1000mg Omega 3 per capsule. Didn't realize the small amount i ordered. Next time i will order a larger quantity size. Though I'm very happy with their excellent quality products.

No burp, no smell, most potent
My doctor says I need a LOT of EPA and a good amount of DHA for my cholesterol and triglycerides. The numbers in this product jive with what he suggested. This is the only product I've found that has this much of both. It also doesn't make you burp. And when it do, you don't notice fishy smell.
