Absolute Perfection for Homemade Couscous!
Delicious! I bought this semolina flour specifically to make homemade couscous, and it did not disappoint. The texture is incredibly fine and yields a beautifully soft, fluffy result every single time. It holds together perfectly without getting mushy.

Quality flour
Been a minute since I made fresh pasta, so I wanted to add this to our pantry. It is course ground and has a great texture, made a tasty pasta. I also added some to my bread mix and made baguettes. They came out delicious, but the dough didn't crackle fresh out of the oven, not sure if it was the addition of this flour, or me not using the 00 high protein flour I used to, the crust was thicker and tougher than my previous batches. Not bad, just different. I will continue to experiment and add this flavorful flour to our dishes.
