We tried this Castle Kitchen hot chocolate for the first time and love it! We like the richness of the chocolate, and that we can sweeten it as each of us likes. It's also great in coffee. It does take a while to blend, but we found a solution; add about half or less hot liquid to the chocolate in a cup and use a frother or whisk, then add the remaining desired amount of liquid.

The hot chocolate has dark, rich flavor; a chocolatey aroma: and dark smooth appearance. Taste is as good as it looks. The dark chocolate mix smells wonderful and the mixing is easy with hot water. The hot chocolate is great for breakfast and is a tasty beverage with a dash of cinnamon. I like it as an afternoon snack during the cooler weather.

Use this hot cocoa with plant-based milk, not water. Been looking for a non-dairy sugar-free hot cocoa product for a very long time, and finally found it. I make this delicious treat with oat milk, or soy or almond milk. It tastes homemade. One tablespoon of cocoa makes 1 rich chocolate-y cup.

Fantastic having changed over to a keto lifestyle. I still get my hot cocoa fix. It's definitely not Swiss miss. Surprisingly richer. Me and my hubby add it to our coffee with a tad bit of heavy cream and have great mochas to start our day. You don't need much for a good cuppa!

Didn't know I had to add powdered milk.

it's a good product and has great chocolate flavor. but is very hard to mix into the drink. It always wants to separate. A power blender is the only way or putting a pot and boiling it.

I purchased the Sugar Free Double Dutch flavor. The flavor itself was pretty good. Not super delicious but a decent chocolate flavor. I have tried it with all almond milk and also with half almond milk/skim milk just to reduce calories and fat. So that also probably adds to the flavor not being as rich even though I use the same process with others. The problem is this particular brand/flavor is hard to mix. Stays clumpy for a while...takes some effort to make it smooth. I'll keep experimenting to see how I might improve it.

I bought it for some diabetics. They tried it, but didn't seem to want to drink it all. There is still some in the can waiting to be used. I tried it, but I don't personally care for chocolate. So my personal opinion may not be the greatest to listen to/read. I would say try it though.

Just got the product in the mail and opened up the container. It's half empty. Certainly won't buy this product again if they can't fill the container for what I paid for it

This has an awfully slight cocoa flavor when made as directed. 1Tbsp to 8 oz. of milk. For my 10oz mug i needed 2 heaping measuring Tbsps to get it to taste like a cup of hot cocoa. Plus it doesn't completely mix together even with a mini whisk. way too much money to have to use more than double the serving size to taste right
