However, I was pleasantly surprised that these gummy's actually do help alleviate my morning sickness. I think it's the ginger root that does the trick to settle my stomach. I also love the way they taste. I definitely think it's worth trying these if you're prone to morning sickness.

for me personally I didn't feel like they helped my morning sickness or nausea, but everyone is different. decent sized bottle and decent taste. I will say too, I got my bottle and the expiration date was like two months later which I thought was weird.
