I used these last night and had one of the most restful nights of sleep I've had in years. The size and coating on the pills make them easy to take if you happen to experience issues with larger capsules. I also appreciate the slim packaging, it doesn't take up a ton of space in my nightstand. These will be my new go-to for a restful sleep.

The side effects are reduced hot flashes and restful sleep. A great value for the money. I recommend these and I'm 9 years post menopause. They are helpful to me.

These tablets are completely hormone and melatonin free. I really like that after using I am wide awake and alert the following day with no groggy feeling. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm at that age where the annoyances we associate with menopause ebb and flow, but when they appear, they are in full force. This is most noticeable for me at night with night sweats, insomnia, etc… This supplement is from a well known brand I trust (Centrum). There are 28 tablets and you take 1 a day, so it's a 4 week supply if you take them every night. The pills contain Calcium, their Dailyzz Herbal Blend of Spearmint and Green Tree extracts, and geniVida along with the usual inactive ingredients. These can be taken in conjunction with the Menopause Support Multivitamins too. I've been using as directed for a few weeks. The tablets are somewhat large, but they were easy to swallow and I have had zero negative side effects from taking them. My sleep has been a bit better lately, but I have also made other adjustments, so I will keep taking these along with eating and healthy diet and exercising regularly and see if I get enough benefits from these to substantiate me continue to take these regularly.

Had a very restful sleep without any interruption. When I woke there were no side effects of taking it. Woke up feeling rested and ready for the day. The box and pill bottle are a very nice color of a pink/purple indicating it would be for a woman. The pills are easy to swallow without any after taste
