I love how the bottle color seems to match the color of the pills. The pills are very easy to swallow. They do not leave a bad aftertaste. They are hormone free, gluten free, and vegan. I trust Centrum. I have used their products for years. I slept well after taking these.

That was the first night in weeks that I didn't have night sweats!! And I haven't had them since! I will absolutely keep using these. I'm finally getting sleep!

Had a very restful sleep without any interruption. When I woke there were no side effects of taking it. Woke up feeling rested and ready for the day. The box and pill bottle are a very nice color of a pink/purple indicating it would be for a woman. The pills are easy to swallow without any after taste

It also takes a little time before you start seeing a difference. For me personally, it did reduce the amount of hot flashes while sleeping, but not by much. I still wake up a lot as well.
