Had a very restful sleep without any interruption. When I woke there were no side effects of taking it. Woke up feeling rested and ready for the day. The box and pill bottle are a very nice color of a pink/purple indicating it would be for a woman. The pills are easy to swallow without any after taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had symptoms of perimenopause for a few years now. Insomnia is a big issue for me as are hot flashes and night sweats. I have tried so many things to help reduce these issues so honestly I wasn't expecting much when I tried Menopause Support from Centrum. This supplement is intended to promote restful sleep. It has calcium which does help regulate temperature, green tea and spearmint extracts from the aerial parts of the plants, and genistein. This particular combination isn't something I've tried before and it actually helps! I'm not saying it has resolved my issues 100% but I do feel more rested in the mornings and comfortable at night which is a big benefit for me with the severity of the trouble I've had. I think it's definitely worth a shot for anyone experiencing these issues.
