I've always taken a Multivitamin but now both my husband and I will be taking Centrum Silver Adult 50+. I've been making sure hubby takes his and I will continue to do so.

I like these vitamins provide the extra support we need being over 50. They are easy to swallow even though they are pretty big. There is no bad taste or smell.

There is a well rounded amount of vitamins and minerals. The pill itself seems a little large, but it is not hard to swallow. It is smooth and goes down easily. I can't give five stars because they still have fd&c dyes - I try to avoid those as much as possible.
