My Go to Multivitamin
I have been taking Centrum Silver Women's 50+ for years. It is a nice blend of everything extra that I need that I do not get from the foods I eat. I tried a generic once, but then went back to the name brand.

Great quality multivitamins
Love to be able to get a large amt of multivitamins for a good price. Packaging was solid and airtight. The capsules are easy to swallow.

Easy to Swallow
I just think that it's good to take a multivitamin every day. I have tried these and the One A Day brand for women over 50. These are easier to swallow than the other brand. I'm glad that Sam's carries the large bottle.
