Charbroil Deluxe Charcoal & Gas Combo Grill

I absolutely love n y grill, my husband purchased my grill as a Christmas gift, and I have been grilling ever since. My family is eating healthier and dinner is ready faster. We are a busy family with football practices and games every week, bowling leagues, and everyday errands and chores. I can get home at 7pm and still have dinner ready by 7:45 or 8:00. I love to grill am my Char-Broil is not just a grill it's a family member. I've even named her Betty.

Fantastic product! Critical advice for all users of this products: The vent screw (on the right) interferes A LOT with the charcoal riser's motion due to its length. This issue is easily fixed by mounting the screw backwards, which is a mandatory modification that I would recommend to all users.

I have used both sides (gas/charcoal) several times and it has to be the best grill I have owved. Come home and throw on a Brat on gas side and its ready with nof fuss or mess. Weekends doing slow cooked ribs on charcoal side is perfect. Note: Gas line was crimped when it arrived but straightened itself when grill was completely put together.

This is the perfect grill for me. I can use gas or charcoal or both at the same time. When I saw this concept I knew I had to have one. Bought it last November and have gone through 2 gas bottles and 140 pounds of charcoal already. Living in L.A. means its always grilling season. I would even be willing to pay more for this grill if the quality was upgraded in some areas. The doors are a little on the weak side and the wheels are way too small. I did look at several makes and styles of this type of unit, some more expensive and some cheaper. As far as I'm concerned I choose the right one after all things are considered.

My husband loves it! It's a large grill and he loves the option for gas, coals, and even stovetop for frying outside. We haven't had it long so I cannot comment on the rusting.

This BBQ is by fair the best I have had I have told so many about this BBQ and how well it works when I have time I use the Charcoal side great for ribs and steak when I have less time I use the gas side what a great BBQ I will recommend this to friends

Seems to be a good unit, however it was handled roughly or packaged kinda poorly, there are bent pieces on both lids, in the corners and some chipped paint. not enough to bother with returning it since it came on a pallet and is kinda heavy

Try to put the grill together was a pain there was a lot of rust on the grill and on the pieces some parts bent, some parts not lined up and the welding part of it was not neat, or straight ..we could have sent it back but I would be a pain to put it together to send it back. I was very disappointed, plus the delivery was 3 days late

This is our 2nd Char-Broil Combo Gril. It firs perfectly in our outdoor kitchen. We knew our first one was on its last leg so we purchased a new one in July 2019 in preparation. So April arrives and the time has come to open our new grill and assemble it. LOW and Behold someone apparently dropped it on the face of the grill denting it in. I am so disappointed to recieve a package from walmart in such horrific condition. However because of covid 19 and the fact that the other grill is defunct. we have to figure out how to use this. The lids dont close correctly, the handles are pushed in this is horrific. and for 400 bucks it should be better than this.

Disappointed. The chrome handles and the grates rusted in the first year. Wasted $$$ on buying the cover. Also the back 6” of the gas cooking area is twice as hot as first six inches. Poor gas jet layout.
