Charmin Essentials Soft Toilet Paper 12 Mega Rolls, 330 Sheets Per Roll

DO NOT BUY THIS FROM WALMART! This is the toilet paper my family uses and we love it. I ordered this toilet paper (two packs) from Walmart for shipping, and we had a horrible experience. Besides the fact that they shipped the “strong” version when we ordered the “soft” version, it was shipped in the actual Charmin packaging (not in a shipping bag or box), which was ripped in multiple places, the bottom row of toilet paper rolls totally open to the ground, and several holes poked in the plastic. The toilet paper was then placed on the wet ground in front of my house, leaned up against my house after a storm, soaking almost every roll in the packages, the bottom rows of the toilet paper were soaking wet and dirty. When I contacted customer service to help fix this issue, I spent over an hour several times with AI, never speaking with a human. When I tried to do it online, it would only refund or replace if I returned the damaged toilet paper. I went to the UPS store to ship it back, and they said they cannot take it because it was wet and dirty, besides having no packaging. I ended up throwing both packs out, as they were completely unusable.

Item charged twice, but not received. .How can you pull and charge somebody for something but not deliver it. People depend on Walmart Delivery that's why we use it. I am in a wheelchair in the unable to make it to the store. Very disappointed in the service that I have received within the last six months have asked several times to have a manager. Give me a call with no response. Very poor customer service.

Walmart has stolen property and merchandise from me. I have been mistreated and abused when WALMART delivered my LARGE order and merchandise to an address containing only ONE NUMBER that is in my actual address. The address was not even in my neighborhood OR on my street! I finally contacted the local sheriff's office in an effort to locate the people who received my merchandise. The deputy sheriff found the people who received my merchandise. They had called Walmart when the order came to them by the Walmart delivery person and were told by Walmart to KEEP my merchandise and they did just THAT! My claim for a refund of goods given to someone else entirely has been denied THREE TIMES. I will be taking this to a higher court if necessary. I will NOT let this go. I have been targeted and discriminated against by Walmart. I have photos of my home, photos of the people who were told to keep my merchandise, evidence AND witnesses (including law enforcement) to support my legal case against Walmart. I will NOT let this go. This is elderly abuse and I've cried, suffered panic attacks and have come close to a full blown nervous breakdown several times trying to get Walmart to refund the money that I paid for a monthly merchandise order that they GAVE to a complete stranger nowhere near my home or address. Thank you! Carol Sparksp

Great price and very soft large 2 ply roles. Plus if you're a member and you run out they can usually get it out to you that day and the shipping is free. Walmart is stepping up their game. And it takes about 3 days for Amazon.

I ordered wrong item...toilet paper instead of paper towels. Delivering rep said the toilet paper was delivered to someone else so I need a credit so I can order my paper towels. Please confirm and thank you.

The driver did not follow instructions and did not deliver the toilet paper to the correct address. I have tried to retrieve it, but nobody will answer their door they dropped it off at 11:01 Fairway

all good, thank you. i received 2 of the 3 things i ordered. still trying to get last item of 13 gal garbage bags.

Walmart did not deliver this to my door as they usually do. I found it in my mailroom stuffed into my tiny mailbox. They said it was delivered to my door without a picture and asked me to check neighbors doors.

I can't review this product because it didn't come with my order I hope it's on its way tomorrow ???

Love these! Great value, put in gift bags for coworkers, librarians, and church staff. Always a hit!
