If you dont want it sitting on the floor then you are able to hang it. Both of best worlds. It is safe to use as the heater has a glass over the actual coils.

I use this panel to warm my cat during cold weather (cat is in garage). Very easy to set up with three ways to do it. The clips and wire to hang with are very sturdy and strong. I like having multiple time ranges and temps. Panel has a safety feature to prevent overheating which gives me peace of mind for safety while using it. Panel heats up quickly and is easy to use. The electrical cord is 10' long and heavy. My cat is happy and so am I with this purchase.

very safe warmers for chickens. Three levels and easy to hang from the ceiling so that it's not up against anything. Hard plastic and very heavy thick cable, which is covered with metal. Would definitely recommend.

The chickens love it ! It seems to keep up the cold South Dakota weather and I dont have to worry about it burning the chickens or lightning the straw on fire ! will see how it affects the electricity bill and how long the unit lasts. so far so good 👍.

I really like these type of heaters. This particular one has a thermostat/timer which is great, I do wish it would do 14 hours as a time option. It's great that you have multiple ways to install it and I feel much safer with these type heaters than I do heat bulbs in a chicken coop. The panel does get very hot to the touch, and you can't feel it from far away but it seems to help. Would recommend as long as you read all the details.

It is okay, I needed something for my rabbits outdoor hutch, it's not as warm as I'd like, and there is no light indicating that it is on and working thru the night like a traditional heat lamp would.

Smaller than expected. Should have paid attention to the actual measurements. That being said, still helped in keeping my outdoor cat warmer this winter. I felt confident in leaving it on while he was on the porch , without worrying that it might catch on fire. Cord is covered so that is protected from any chewing..
