Choline Bitartrate

I originally purchased this for just a little added benefit for metabolism and liver health, and discovered that it also has helped my memory and mood! My elderly parents started taking it as well and there is an improvement with them too. No taste or stomach issues with me. That being said, other brands I had tried were really not effective, so I am well pleased with it. Everyone is different, but if you have not tried this one yet, maybe you will consider it.

I was suffering from tumor blockages in my esophagus that make swallowing pills difficult. I only need one pill a day, but Choline Bitartrate keeps my passage way clear.

This product has been helping my child with ringing in their ears. We use half a tablet a day. It splits very easily and does not break more than you want.

I need extra choline in my diet to possibly help regulate memory, mood, muscle control, and other functions including nerve damage. Our bodies make some Choline and there is some in food but not enough for my conditions. So this is a generous sized container and a good available form of choline IMO, so I purchased it. I will continue to purchase it, glad I found it.

Has the choline bitter taste like most of these supplements do, however this is a high dosage than some other so you only need 1. I'd buy again.

This is an excellent brand of Choline for quantity and quality. It is helpful for memory for the very young to older folks. Great product!
