Great bloating reliever
Seems to work well so far without all the slimy powdered form. You just have to figure out how many caplets are suited for your situation.

Tampering?
This took forever to arrive and then the lid was broken. Bottle looks old and damaged. How did that happen? Looks very suspicious. In need of a refund.
