When I brush my teeth I notice that my teeth feel stronger/more dense than before taking this. It's a little pricey but I'm thankful for this as I had been getting more cavities lately. I haven't been taking it long enough to see if I have a better check up (without cavities) at the dentist yet. It's very good quality/good natural ingredients.

Canister is smaller than I expected, but quality is good. My teeth and gums do seem to be getting stronger, in combination with a few other things I am doing.

I cannot feel the difference to my teeth and gum really after 3 weeks of taking them. however, I definitely feel a difference in my breath after taking them. Especially in the morning, my breath feel normal if I take these vitamins at night. Also, less stomach aches after taking them. I recommend. Should see its effects in the longer term

A tooth with a filling that the dentist said it will last maxim 2 month lasted until now 3 years later and my gums never been better . I got this for general gum health as my teeth and gums are suffering lately for no apparent reason. The ingredients include various vitamins, collagen and calcium. However, one dose is 3 pills, the pills are huge but I guess could be broken and added to juice or shake. The packaging is really nice and prevents moisture. However, I haven't used it long enough to experience any benefit
