I have had two Keurig's in less than two months and neither of them have made more than three cups of coffee. They then just won't work at all. The new one I have works great! It has a start button and makes a single cup of coffee quickly. I really like the simplicity of it.

Takes up a lot less space than my previous coffee maker. And,of course, I use a lot less coffee grounds because I'm only using enough for one cup instead of wasting almost a whole pot of coffee every day. AND--it's RED!! My favorite color, and the same as my other appliances!!

love this little coffee maker!! water gets hot, you don't have to buy filters and you only need to fill the little cup about half full of coffee and it makes a strong cup. I was wasting a lot of coffee by using a big coffee maker. This has saved me a ton of money.

the coffee maker was a Xmas gift for my son. he says he loves it. being that you can make one cup of coffee at a time, he says he's not wasting coffee.

it's beautiful for one thing. I bought the blue green . have only used Keurig before .this is far superior! beautiful cup of coffee in about 20 sec. and brewed perfectly. I used Walmart coffee pods so. the best of both!

This is a very good product yes but it is not the one that I ordered. I ordered the one for hot and cold coffee and I got the one just for hot coffee so I was a little disappointed, but I still have a good cup of coffee. Thank you very much. And yes, I would recommend it to friends and family.

They should send an extra filter with this product so you can make 2 cups of coffee back to back instead of having to take the filter out and clean it and then redo it. You could have the other one all set up ready to go so that second person can have a cup of coffee along with yours instead of having to do that process. Other than that works great.

a bit flimsy but if you handle it gently, it should last. i squeeze the top to the bottom with both hands. light comes on and you push it on. you have a hot cup in under a minute. maybe 2? LOL

This coffee maker is a piece of junk; I am trying to return it. It is cheaply made and does not make it easy to make a cup of coffee. How do I return it. I bought it online a few days ago and it came super-fast. I am keeping the other coffee maker which still is not what I wanted, but I need a coffee maker that works. Is there a phone number that I can call to talk to a real person and not a robot? I just want a better coffee maker that will last a long time and is simple to use. I am going to have to buy a more expensive coffee maker, that seems to be the problem. The old saying is "you get what you pay for" Next time I will wait for my kids to visit and have them take me to the store where I can see what I am buying.

This is not what i expected for the money. There are no directions at all there should be at least something on how to clean it. it's very cheaply made.
