Coleman Half Gallon Thermos Jug, Portable, Insulated, Blue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coleman's is a better design than Igloos. Igloo jugs leak at the lid. The lid never screws well. I have bought hundred and hundreds of them to take it to India. Everybody complained. I am glad I found Coleman's. Basically, it is the best. I would buy this product again and again.

My son uses the jug for his after school track and field practice. He's very pleased with it. He still had ice in it 10 hours later.

Brought this item for my son for track. Just what was needed. Right size, keeps liquids cold. Easy to carry any enjoy using the convient pour spout. No issues with this product. Very sturdy and the color is on point. Priced right for the budget. Satisfied customer.

Love it!! I drink so much more water now. I grew up playing tennis with these water bottles and now they're so nostalgic. In the summers off from school, I remember the days I'd wake up early and go to practice, taking water breaks frequently in the beaming sun. Every morning, my dad would fill my water bottle up before I left. The ice cubes and splash of fresh squeezed lemon every morning remained glacier cold throughout the afternoon. It reminded me that I was loved and someone thought about me enough to make it special. It was always coleman bottles that I associate with a reminder of my father's love throughout growing up

This is almost identical to the Coleman Jug I had for years and hated to discard when the spout was damaged. the old jug had a rubber ring sealing the top and an O ring sealing the spout. The new jug does not have the rubber ring sealing the top and must be tightened with more force than the old one or it leaks when tipped over. In my opinion, even though more precise manufacturing of the new jug let them eliminate the rubber seal they should have kept it because the old jug sealed with less force.

Like everyone else we have a hard time finding a jug that doesn't leak. My daughter has only used this for one week, but so far so good. The handle does seem a little flimsy -- like it could easily break. But so far we are happy.

This is an inexpensive water jug. It does not have a watertight seal, none of the inexpensive models do, so they are all prone to minor leakage, a few drops, from the threads that hold the top that is screwed on the jug. But for the money, it was exactly what I expected.

I bought two of these for when we travel that we have our water with us. There are no seals in them to keep them from leaking when tipped. So disappointed. They will be returned. Hope the 2 one-gallon jugs that I ordered work better than these or they will all be returned. Sigh.
