Great lamp to use when electricity goes out. We have 1 like that 15 years ago now %26 still going. We use it to camp @ beach in night. Now I taking for family in the islands to use . Advise anyone to buy . Super lamp %26 strong . Thanks .kayube Mohamed

Purchased as spares for my northern Nova lantern. So far , no problems with burning them in or with the lantern in operation. I strongly suggest reading the instructions on the mantel packet and burn them in before lighting the lantern.

I have not used these exact Mantel, but I have used Cliff on Mantel of the different number for my many white gas lanterns that I have and a couple propane love how easy they go on no more strings

Purchased spare #95 mantles when ordering other parts since they are not available locally for my northstar lantern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use two Coleman model 2000 lanterns for Jeep desert camping. They make enough light so I can actually see the stove and table at night. The #95 mantles are fragile after they have been used on the lantern. I had to make vibration isolators for the lanterns to stop the mantles from breaking while offroad driving.
