It has collagen type 1 and 3, hyaluronic acid and biotin. The bottle comes with 150 tablets. You take 3 tablets as a serving once daily. Which equals to 50 servings per bottle. This is also a gluten free product. I'm about done with this bottle and I've already noticed a difference on my skin, It looks more hydrated and healthier. I have noticed a slight difference with my hair and nails but not enough really to say yet so I guess it just takes a little bit longer to achieve results. Overall this is a great product that I highly recommend. However if you have a hard time swallowing bigger pills this might not be for you.

I loved this stuff. Took it for over a year and my hair and nails were phenomenal. Then it was off the market and now it's back with a new formula. Why did they add salt? Awful. Lowered the Biotin, Hydraulic Acid and Alpha-Lipoic Acid? Realize this isn't your doing but still a bit disappointingl It was easy to order, arrived quickly, safely and I would potentially order it again.

I don't know what happened. I started taking this collagen pills years ago. The best collagen for me. The only ones where I saw the results almost instantly. But each time they change the packaging is like they change the formula cause it only gets worse.I started to see less results, Now? I see nothing! I still got some pills left from my old bottle for when I need it. This does nothing for me now. Sad cause I used to spend all the money on this.And I was glad to do it for the results.
