After researching the benefits of bovine colostrum, we brought a bottle of this supplement, with us on our travel to Tanzania in the hopes it would reduce gastrointestinal discomfort and distress. But we nevertheless had such distress throughout our trip. We can't say the supplement helped or not. We just don't know. We do know that we did experience distress despite taking the supplement.
