Commercial Chef Food Dehydrator, Dehydrator with 5 Drying Racks, Stainless Steel

I gave it as a gift to my daughter-in-law. She said, It is easy to use and works well. It's seems to dehydrate everything evenly, easy to clean, can fit right on the kitchen counter.

It fits well into a corner of the cabinet, the smaller size is just right for small batch dehydrating. I am pretty happy with it.

Surprisingly excellent dehydration performance from an inexpensive dehydrator. Only used once for 3 trays of mushrooms (Crab Brittlegills were everywhere and huge this year), the results were excellent and cleanup was effortless in the dishwasher. I have no information on longevity yet.

Dehydrated figs, but had to squash them between trays as the space between trays is tight. Otherwise this is a good dehydrator. Maybe it is meant to dehydrate beef strips and sliced fruit only - not whole figs. Difficult to get a dehydrator for a reasonable price that will accommodate figs and large strawberries whole.

easy to use. have dried fruit and have also done beef jerky. the marinate in the book that came with the machine is really good.

I am just learning about the dehumidification process and so this is an excellent piece of equipment to learn techniques with a cost reasonable price point.

Nice machine with multiple settings. Well packaged but still arrived cracked :-( whole thing is made of plastic that is easily broken, so you must be SUPER CAREFUL.

the yemp doesnt go any higher than 158 which all meats need 160 to kill bacteria. I didnt see this info on package when ordering.

I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and my daughter called me this morning to tell me it doesn't work anymore. So it lasted 3 months.

as soon as I saw the box I was afraid something would be wrong. I could see that it had been opened and then re-taped and sure enough when I opened it one of the trays was cracked.
