The catches are a little weak compared to my older ones. After partially drying, I put my little girl’s hair in a high ponytail then roll the ends. I let them sleep in them and they have curls for church the next morning. The ponytail has to be high.

We bought these foam rollers along with the Lottabody Wrap Me Foaming Curl Mousse with Coconut and Shea Oil. My daughter is Caucasian with long, waist-length, medium-thick hair. She wanted curls for school but didn’t want to wake up super early to use a curling iron since her hair is heavy and takes a long time to curl with heat. We sectioned her hair, applied the Lottabody foam to each section before rolling, and she slept in a satin bonnet. It didn’t make her hair oily at all! The first time we used them, her curls were still slightly damp in the morning, so either use less foam or allow plenty of drying time, especially for long or thick hair.

You get a lot for the money. Not the strongest rollers but for the price they work just fine. Slept in them no issue and they definitely curl your hair

CONAIR is the best! I have had similar foam curlers made by other manufacturers. When I used them, they constantly came apart at the hinge. I would have the hair all rolled within the curler and go to fasten it, and the fastener part would just fall apart at the hinge. The Conair foam curlers do not fall apart. There is more substance at the hinge! Have to say that I prefer Conair Velcro rollers to other brands too. They do not cause as much static or get tangled in the hair like other off brands. I am in love with these rollers!!!! Old school is the best.Have them on now and just oredred more. It's like a massage for the scalp, I feel the breeze and air so nice. Jesus loves you and your soul is priceless!!!

Theyre soft and comfortable to sleep in. I like that they come in different colors. It makes it more fun to put in your hair. Results are beautiful. I add just a tiny bit of styling gel with some water to the hair. Great for the price. I sill be recommending them to my sister.

cons: these rollers were very hard to open and then hard to close once the hair was rolled on them. not worth the effort. they leave a line where the clip touches your hair when you close them. assume that would happen with any roller of this type. positives: nice selection of sizes.

The sponge gives in too much and makes my hair too curly even when using the biggest ones. It makes the ends of my hair feel dried out and kinky. The curlers don’t stay in while I’m sleeping even while wearing a satin cap. Although they are quite comfortable to sleep in.

first the zipper on the package does not work to open package. i had to cut it open. the rollers do not open and close. the plastic is not flexable so you cant open and close the rollers. horrible design. dont buy this product. conair brand very dissappointed.
