I am very happy with this walking pad. I got this on a very good sale. It is very simple to use up to a 5.0 speed. It is very portable as well. It is suggested to use on a flat surface. I made the mistake of using it on the carpet for a long period of time, making the controller very loud. I reached out to the manufacturer for technical assistance and after working with the manufacturer to discover my mistake, they very kindly sent me a new one.

I only purchased this because the price was a steep discount. I cant say how happy I am with this purchase. Its not heavy and hard to move, it has a safety mechanism built in and its ready to go out of the box. It has a max setting of 5.0 which is a comfortable jog for me. I feel like I made out like a bandit with the value this walking pad has given me versus what I paid for it. Excellent value, quality product, fantastic price.

It took longer to unpackage than it did to set up. Very quiet, works really well. Found this also is a great way to wear the grandbabies out too 🤣. All in all, I think so far (we've used it 30 minutes) this is a good value for the money. I'm 4'11” so the bar is the perfect height for my kindle and iPad.

I'm just shy of 5'6” and this treadmill is suited for my stride. I can even jog! I've now used it 3 days in a row for a half hour each. I'm still figuring out a few things like the mode and remote option but I'm so glad I purchased this! I was tired of feeling like a blob in the winter, especially today when I woke up and it was - 11 degrees F outside.

Surprised at the good quality. Weighs less than most walking pads as well. Not too big but not too small either. Only downside is no handle to hold on to if that is what you are looking for.

Overall it is okay. It would've been better if the plug was jn thr back. It makes it hard if uou want to use it and do other things to be productive because of the plug. It is quite so thats a plus. It does impact your electric bill so beware of that, dont just leave it on if not in use. It has caused me to walk more which is why i got it in the first place.

This was super simple to put together and instructions were easy to understand. I love the remote and everything about it EXCEPT, it is EXTREMELY LOUD! I had to turn my volume up on my tv to over 30 in order to hear it over the noise this thing makes when in use! It makes all the positives not matter at all!

I've had this walking pad for only 6 weeks. Initially the belt started having no traction, making noise and not going the speed it was registering on the display bar. I adjusted that to no avail. Tuesday I was walking on it at a 5.0 and the belt started slipping again and the motor started emitting a burnt smell and then completely stopped on me in the middle of my face paced walk. I called the CONCETTA number at 909-637-7665 and got some weird voicemail. Shortly afterwards I received a text from that number asking me about what the issue was. I texted that the belt and motor stopped and what had happened. They texted me back and said to "discard" it, and they would send me a replacement. After asking for a tracking number on the replacement, I received no reply. I went onto my walmart account and messaged the company via email. I got a reply telling me to give them the part numbers so they could replace the PARTS. At this point it's already in the garbage container and unsafe to use. I was originally told they would replace the walking pad, only for them to back peddle and want to replace parts. I paid for the extended warranty also. Don't waste your time on extended warranties or with this company. I bought another one with a different company. Not CONCETTA. Terrible customer service and not willing to replace a faulty machine that could have caused serious injury due to the motor and the belt. 

It's really nice, but the only problem is not equipped for someone like me. I need a handle to hold on. I notice also that I get dizzy when getting off. I never experienced anything like this with other treadmills. I'm not sure if it's cause no handles or walking got a long time on it or my age. I only used for two weeks and didn't like it. I'm looking for a treadmill that is manual where it goes when walking. I'm not sure if I can return it. Can someone tell me if I can return it to Walmart. So I can get different.

I followed directions carefully. plugged in and did not work. E13 error. i called customer service they wanted to charge me $65.99 a month to help me.
