The flavor is bright, clean, and somehow tastes better than real lemons. Instead of buying bags of lemons that go bad in a few days, grab one of these and you're set. I know a lot of people use it for cocktails, but I use it for cooking: Fish dishes — perfect finishing touch Broccoli — brings out the flavor Cheesecake — adds the right tang And honestly, so many other recipes It also comes in a lime version, and both the lemon and lime have great flavor with no pulp, which I love. It mentioned sweetness uh no not at all..the point to lemon juice is used for the acid its supposed to be sour....if you want to make it sweet you can but for savory you want all the lemony acid that it lends... like to salads, fish. other dishes...It has the perfect lemon flavor....without having to squeeze lemons of course you don't have zest but I can live without zest for most recipes that I make...

This was my first time purchasing this lemon juice, and I am very pleased with it. The flavor is fresh and bright, and it tastes great in recipes, drinks, and whenever I need a quick splash of lemon juice. It's a convenient, but slightly expensive solution. It's always best to use the natural product, but sometimes you have to use convenience. This product has a slight aftertaste which takes away from the lemon flavor. It is still usable in a pinch. I do find the price a little on the high scale for the small amount one gets. Who in their right mind is gonna sterilize a safety pin what about puncturing their fingers while trying to puncture the lemon juice? No, this is not a product I will ever buy again
