Helps with my lower back pain. Perfect fit, does not roll down I bought one at Amazon but it was so big, meaning went from underneath ribs to below waistline.

I now have two of these. You can adjust it in two ways. First with left and right flexible straps with “Velcro” for size and tension before putting it on. Second, when putting it in place around your waist (“Velcro” again) — you can also easily adjust tension this way while wearing it. Machine washable “mild,” but air dry. Helps greatly with my occasional lumbar back pain, while flattening stomach a bit too. I wear mine over a layer of clothing. (“Velcro” in quotes since I have not confirmed. It may be a similar “hook and loop” product. It works very well.)

For a cool option for back support this is it!!! It's a very breathable support that is very comfortable to wear!!!!

I'm a chiropractic neurologist and the concept of one size fits all and the support of the lower back is terrific. However after 3 weeks of daily wear of putting it on once and removing it once the Velcro wore out and no longer adhered! So I tried a second one. Same thing occurred. Don't purchase!

I'm still waiting for the back brace as ben over a month almost two month and I still have a receipt on a happy.
