I love this stuff and so do the slugs! I sprinkle it around in my garden 2 weeks before planting so when the plants emerge the slugs have already been taken care of. I've been using this product for years.
Delivery was NOT TO MY DOOR! SECOND TIME IN TWO DAYS.
Quality garden supply at good/ competitive price.
Very good product.
good for tulips and bulbs and seedlings in the spring time and around foundations all year long if slugs or snails are leaving trails on your house and eating your paint .....
Very easy to use right out of the bag. It works as promised. I sprinkled these around my flower beds as directed. Seems to work quickly. So far no snails and no visible snail/slug leaf damage. It is safe to use around your garden veggies and fruits. And pets and people can enter the area immediately after application. I would highly recommend it. EAsy to apply and works!
I have the Ready-To-Use Slug and Snail Killer made by Corry. This slug and snail killer comes in a pellet form and what I have is a six pound bag. The directions say to scatter the pellets on the soil around or near plants that need to be protected. The application rate is one-half a teaspoon per square yard. The directions state to reapply every two weeks. One of my biggest trouble areas for slugs and snails is around my dog's food dish that stays in the backyard. I frequently find slugs on and in the food dish. I am now sprinkling this around the dish in a manner that my dog cannot get to the pellets. So far it seems to be helping. If you are having snail and slug issues then I suggest you give this a try.
Every year when the weather warms up but the grounds are still damp, we get an infestation of slugs and snails. No idea where they come from but the end up everywhere including all over the exterior of the house. Big name pest control wants exorbitant about of money to regulate. I declined and bought this instead. 26 hours later, corpses of snails and slugs lay on my patio as well as my driveway. I think they called for reinforcements at the end, but resistance was futile. The purge occurred and the gross slimy destructive beasts have not returned. I am no advocate for taking lives of animals but these pests destroy plants and vegetables… and are disgusting. Corry's handled it all.
These pellets seem to work well. You just sprinkle them in your yard to keep the snails and slugs at bay. So far, we have noticed less slugs and snails than usual. The package says they are pet/kid safe, but we still put them in a place where our pets and kids wont notice them or go to avoid any potential accidents. Overall, they are very easy to use and it doesn't require much so 1 bag should last a long time for an average size yard.
I applied this slug and snail killer around my plants, yard, concrete slab, patio and porch as instructed .I have noticed a reduction in the slug damage to plants and not as many slug trails on my brick and slab around the house. I will continue to use until product is depleted. Time will tell if this is going to solve my slug and snail problem. So far so good.
