I needed this for a Lebanese recipe and it was a really nice addition regarding flavor. I would most definitely re-order once I have finished the bottle. Has many uses...in salad dressings, sauces, dips, stir fries to name a few. I have also seen reviews of people adding it to their hot tea but havent tried that yet.

I used this in a homemade grenadine syrup recipe. It was suggested, by brand, by the author of the recipe, saying he'd tried a few brands and liked the results with this one the most. So, I went with it, and the syrup turned out very well. I will buy again when I run out. I tasted it by itself, and it starts off incredibly sweet, then shifts to extremely tart at the finish. It definitely wakes up the taste buds!!

I have been using the Cortas brand of rose water and orange flower water for years and when I needed pomegranate molasses and saw they carried it, I jumped on it. And very glad that I did. I don't have much experience with the product but am finding all kinds of ways to use it. Great in salad dressings when I don't want the bite of vinegar.

I used this for a canning recipe to make Asian Pomegranate Stir-fry sauce from a Ball canning recipe book. Sauce turned out fantastic, and it's one of my favorite stir-fry sauces now!

I had never heard of this product. They tell i had never heard of this product, until a recipe called for it. It made a great marinade, beautiful taste, and color just added the right touch.

It's concentrated, so the bottle lasts many meals. It was packaged with care, wrapped in lots of bubble wrap and secured in a box well. The flavor is wonderful!

Thought it was a little pricey, but not too bad. We use it in a lot of Mediterranean cooking, so the fact I was able to get it pretty fast, and it's what I need, works great for my recipes.

This is a delicious and unique ingredient great for Mediterranean and middle Eastern recipes. It is a very potent and concentrated flavor that shouldn't replace regular molasses.

Very different. Tart but not extreme. There is a hint of fruit but faint. You can always add a little sweetness if you so wish. Have used as a deglaze, marinades, sauces, salad dressing. Sure there a more uses, just have not tried yet. If you are adventurous, this is something you can experiment. My thoughts have turned to appetizers, drizzle for poached fruits, mock cocktails, maybe flavor for water bottle.
