My iron levels tend to be low, partially because I don't eat much red meat. This is a very bioavailible formulation and the price is super-reasonable. I started using Countrylife multivitamins over twenty years ago and they are the best brand of supplements I've found.
I like this iron supplement. I take it along with my multi-vitamin, which does not include iron. This supplement is in a capsule form. It does not make me constipated or irritated. I do take it with food though. I do feel more energy when I take it daily with my multi-vitamin. I love it that Wal-Mart has the cheapest price on line and they also ship it for free!

This iron supplement is easy to take. The size is small. I have noticed a change in energy. Its gluten free and shipping is quick. Definitely a repurchase.
I was diagnosed with anemia and told to take an iron supplement. Easy Iron from Country Life Vitamins is the only supplement I will take. It does not constipate me or upset my stomach. Also, there is no bad aftertaste. Best of all, after taking it my bloodwork came back perfect!
Was looking for something more natural & that be easy on my body with no side effects. I think it's too early to tell fully. But it's not done what some others I've tried.
The bottle was shattered and when I opened the package all the pills were mixed with glass.
