one of the best supplement of calcium:magnesium 2:1 talking about price and quality since part of the minerals are aminoacid chelated so they are better available to the body. I never lack of this in my cupboard, I usually take 2 of them before to go to bed and I have a much better sleep. Be aware the tablets are quite big, sometimes I need to drink a bit to help their dissolution in the stomach

I bought this Cal/Mag combo tablets to lessen the amount of tablets I take, since I was taking Calcium and Magnesium separately. But I soon noticed the magnesium wasn't working like it normally does (I've been taking it for years for restless leg type symptoms). I finally realized it was these tablets. I'm not sure how much Magnesium is actually in it, but it is clearly not even close the 250 mg listed, which I was taking instead of my normal 160 mg tablet, which is even less. So buyer beware with these! I'm back to my separate tablets again.
