Good price. Got this to cut back on sodium a little and to increase my potassium intake a little. Time will tell if it works.

This Potassium is wonderful because you can take an 1//8 of a teaspoon and not get the amount you need while taking high blood pressure meds. I seem not to be as tired and my legs don't hurt like they used to. Good product

I got this because its a quick fix for getting my RDA of potassium. I have the recommended 2g (well 2.1g approx) which gives me 30% of my potassium RDA and its a pretty good sub for salt which I was really beginning to miss until I found this stuff.

This is a review of "NOW Supplements, Potassium Chloride Powder." The bottle is not supplied with a shaker top and requires either careful dispensing or transfer to another container having a shaker top. The 8 oz. lasted about six months for one person. It tastes somewhat similar to sodium chloride (regular table salt) to me, more so when applied to food. However, everyone's preferences are, of course, different and you'll have to try it for yourself to see how it works for you. Americans, in general, consume too much sodium and not enough potassium and this is one tool to create more balance. Contents: 100% potassium chloride, fine grind.
