Have has high normal fasting glucose for years. Began taking Omega 7 supplement, Provinal, and my fasting glucose dropped 10%. And it stayed there six months later. N of 1... but I believe it is the difference maker since I did not make any other dietary, supplement, or exercise changes.
After reading up on the potential benefits of this supplement, I decided to try it. I already took Omega 3, but Im always open to things that can improve my health. I recently started putting hydrolyzed collagen in my coffee, lost 10 pounds, and added Provinal Omega 7. My last bloodwork came back better than it has in years. Occasionally the gelcap repeats on me and that is not pleasant, to avoid I take it during the meal so the food pushes it down
