good alternative but pretty pricey. need to use more to start as it's a different sweet than sugar or substitutes and scale back

I use maple sugar for baking and on cereal instead of white sugar. Crown Maple organic maple sugar has the best taste of all I have tried.

Not very sweet
Just buy maple syrup and reduce the amount of liquid in your recipe. No maple flavor and doesn't sweeten anything i have used it in.
