Crown Maple syrup is worth every penny. The Dark Robust flavor is a staple in our home for its rich, smooth maple taste. It's not just sweet, it's silky, rich and has light, natural, woody notes. Much like coffee you start to learn what you like when you try syrup from an actual maple farm that does all the work to make it right. The different syrup colors come from when the sap is harvested it, but it also has to be handled right and that comes from experience. Crown maple uses old world experience and new tech to bring a really special product. I guess I'm also big into them because I used to live near the farm and would go for free samples and different events. They were always so committed to quality and I've always loved everything they make. I'm just so thankful I can get their stuff at my local Walmart because I don't live near the farm anymore. As far as texture, it's just the right thickness to get in every nook of a pancake or crumpet...if it was thick, it'd be fake and nobody wants fake syrup.

I really like this syrup, it is rich and delicious. I think that the bottle is great, however it is heavy and maybe that is why the cost is a little to high for the amount or syrup that is in it, however I buy it because the quality is good.

I bought this for the first time months ago. It is wonderful. Full flavor...not over sweet. I continue to buy it because it is worth it in so many ways. Delicious!

It's genuine maple flavor. The texture is smooth, not runny. In my opinion, it is superior quality syrup.

I have not yet tasted this, but I will and read an update this review it's handsome. It's a good looking bottle and it's a good color and the the price for the number of ounces of maple syrup is good so I'm trusting that it's not so different from regular maple syrup that it won't be a good.
