Cuisinart 12 Cup Classic Coffeemaker, Black, DCC-1500TG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Cuisinart Coffeemaker! It is easy to put the coffee in the fantastic reusable basket that goes right in the dishwasher for easy cleanup! And,it truly makes the Best Cup of Coffee!! It's nice and hot which is the way I like it. I highly recommend it!!

Overall I rather like the coffee-maker. It seems it's a slightly older model (it was a gift from a friend, given after my previous Cuisinart coffee-maker gave up the ghost) but it makes good coffee and does so quickly. There's a bit of concern about the filter basket - the handle, being moveable, seems as though it might be prone to damage - but outside of that it's more than satisfactory. The appearance has a bit of a Star Trek style which doesn't hurt.

This was a replacement for a 10 year old, of course, Cuisinart. We have a 20 year old Cuisinart Mixer that works like it did from day 1. Their products are built to last!

It compact, it's pretty to look at, and Cuisinart is at the top of the line for quality… kudos! I give them a (4) star ⭐️

This is the best programmable coffeemaker & very quick

4 wide slots toasts most breads nicely. The dials that adjust the browning are much firmer. Where the metal top joins the metal sides there is a seam that tends to collect crumbs. A one piece body would be nice. All in all, good toaster at a good price.

This is a nice coffee maker. It works well and brews a pot of coffee faster than my previous pot. The price was reasonable, and both the filters it uses are readily available in stores. I have only one complaint, and it is a design issue. There is no “window” on the exterior of the pot so you can tell how much water you have added. You have to get a flashlight and look down into the reservoir at a ladder-like part that shows the amount of water in 2-cup increments. The pot is black inside and out, the ladder is black, and so are the numbers. Reading black on black in a small dark space is nearly impossible. If you make less than a whole pot, it's difficult to measure the water. If Cuisinart would correct this design issue, this would be the perfect pot, in my opinion.

My coffee maker makes great coffee when it works. I purchased a 12 cup coffee maker Cuisinart about 2 months ago and within a month Im now having electrical issues. NOT satisfied at all. Would love a replacement.
