Nice Stainless Steel Pie plate
I wanted a stainless steel pipe plate for all the baking I do. I know Cuisinart is a trusted brand and this plate does not disappoint. It is heavy and it is a nice size and I do like that. The walls are higher than most standard pie plates. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is that it does look a tad like a dog bowl because of the weight of it And the simple design. I would've preferred a small lip on the pie plate to crimp a top pie crust onto, but there was not an option like that. Overall, it is nice.

No more disposable pie pans
I am so very glad I chose this pie pan. It is heavy but not too bad. I've been buying and tossing disposable pans but no more. This one will still be great when someone inherits it.
