this is a big change for me, I have used red copper, a blue diamond set. my husband thought we were going to die from the flecking as we do cook a lot. these work on a different way of cooking. start slow with temp. of range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first purchase ever of Ceramica Nonstick Cookware - I absolutely think this is the best ever cookware. The cookware I replaced was Teflon coated and after 10 years of using them the coating was peeling and flaking. I really like the way that this Ceramica Nonstick Cookware cooks and cleans up, no sticking and you just wipe them out before washing them in warm soapy water. So far, I am completely happy with them and hope they will last a long time. The cookware seems to be very well made, and they also look very nice. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this set of cookware and believe that this set of Ceramica Cookware was a great value and should service me well.

I chose the ceramics non stick over the stainless steel set because they were just a ready to cook on set. To much prep work on the stainless steel. The ceramics non stick so far are great. Seem very durable and they hold heat well. Only issue I see so far is when cooking foods you need a lid on the fry pans. They are so non stick that there tends to be slot of splatter and I'm cooking on low heat. I wish the 8 and 10 in pans came with lids. All in all I'm happy with this set

Each peace has a function and that's why I love the set so much. The only negative detail is that avoiding scratches is a challenge, as you must handle the pana and pots with lits of care, but it's still worth it because the quality of the surface is undeniable.

This looked like an equitable set to swap out one of my old Calphalon sets with, that was well used, however the pots are not as big and they seem to cook differently in heating liquids of any kind (including water). They clean really nice and I do like them but hard to break rank when you've used nothing but Calphalon for 30 yrs. Was a good price but would not buy again.

Pots and pans do not stay on burner!!!! They flip over. What moron would make a 200 ceramic pot and pan out of aluminum. Need weight to hold it flat on the burner. 200 of junk in a chef I knew the deal was to got to be true !!!!!!! Use them as planters

Everything stains these pans. Everything. They're impossible to get clean even with soaking and a scrub daddy. It's genuinely impressive how bad it is.
