Solid and very non stick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always impressed by the solid and substantial feel of the Chef's Classic bakeware, and these loaf pans are no exception! They heat evenly and the insulated construction helps to prevent hot spots, especially if using in a small countertop oven. And, the non stick coating is great.
