Holy cow! This is a solid pan!
This is by far the most substantial fluted cake pan I've ever used. The only way this pan could be made more substantial is if it was cast iron! It heats evenly, releases effortlessly, and washes up beautifully, especially if using a spray with flour. One of the things I appreciate most about this pan is how it does not have lips on the edge for handling the pan. Some people might feel that's a negative, but since I'm using this in a countertop oven those little edges would prevent me from using it. That is another reason I chose this pan. The combination of those two factors knocks it out out of the park. Recommended!
