This was a replacement of an old griddle
I really love this new griddle. It is easy to use and does not scratch! I take care of all my cookware and they last years. So, I am looking forward to many years of use for this griddle.

Best Small Griddle
Best small griddle for 2 grill cheese or window eggs; use a rubber spatula. Easy clean-up - no dishwasher. Heats pretty evenly, but I did move it around a bit.

Totally dissapointed
This product has a slightly raised center, therefore when using oil it runs to the outer corners away from food item being cooked! Would return this item based on that factor. Does not serve my need!

Misleading description
Very misleading when it says induction safe. You CANNOT use this griddle on an induction range or unit. Therefore, I have no use for this griddle.

the manufacturer and paperwork say it is safe to use on Glass stove top. well, I used One Time and it took some layers of my stove top off. All instructions were followed. My stove is less than 8 months old. I don't need to spend over $2000 on another one, can't afford it. I'd like for them 🚫 to use on glass top electric stoves.

This griddle warps over time. Not a great item. I have multiple items from Cuisinart so I had high hopes but they were soon deflated.
