Cuisinart Chef's Classic Non-Stick Skillet - 8 Inch Pan, 1.0 CT

I purchased one of these skillets and I am very happy with it. The skillet makes cooking eggs a pleasurable experience, since the eggs do not stick to the pan like they did with my stainless steel skillet. I also cook veggie burgers in these pans and the burgers come out delicious. The skillet is easy to clean and most importantly, the skillet is free of toxic chemicals within the non-stick surface.

It is the best saute pan I have had. It is just the right weight, is non-stick finish, has a handle that does not heat, fries beautifully, and cleans easily.

This is a great little pan, just right for a two egg omelette stuffed with multiple veggies and cheese.

This has become my favorite pan! I got it to make tortillas and it does not disappoint. I was having a hard time getting the magical "puff" and I noticed the difference right off, it is perfect. It is well made, and quality non-stick.

Best cookware I've ever used

I bough this about a month ago and have used it several times. As others have said, it is great for eggs, but I've also sautéed many other things in it. The coating doesn't stick, it cleans easily, and the heat control is great. I recommend this.

Wonderful purchase! Fried an egg with just a dot of butter for flavor with no sticking. Tonight tried reheating a leftover stove top skillet casserole portion in the skillet ...this time in the oven. Every speck of food (even cheese) slid out with no sticking. Did not even need a serving utensil. Love the slightly smaller 8" size for smaller portions. Two uses = two "thumbs up"!

Hello. I had inadvertently ordered this Chef's Classic Skillet vice a current set matching Professional Series replacement skillet and find it not quite as good. The Classic's different bottom is now induction ready but does not heat the same as the Professional Series. I will be sure to order the Professional Series in the future. Thanx.
