Cuisinart - Classic 12-Cup Percolator - Stainless Steel

I absolutely love my new perculator coffee pot. Ii have been searching for quite some time. It brought me back to my childhood when my Grandma used hers. She would always have a fresh pot brewing. Such great memories. Thank you Cuisinart! It makes the best coffee.

Hands down this is the best value coffee percolator on the market. Have always purchased a Faberware percolator which has always stopped working within 2 years of purchase. This year I purchased another Faberware percolator at the local Walmart, however, it was damaged in the box - so I returned it. Did research online and found this Cuisinart 12 cup percolator. Right out of the box - quality is built right in more so than Farberware, and better design for ease of use. Plus it comes with a 3 year warranty. All this for only $10 more than the old Faberware percolator I use to buy. The Cuisinart 12 cup percolator is well worth this extra money - and is my brand of choice going forward.

I read reviews that this percolator was prone to break down in parts and performance. It the short time I have used it at work that has not been the case. It has produced much better coffee than the drip coffee makers and its classic appearance makes it entertaining to watch as it makes coffee. Due to the light construction of the machine, it must be taken care of and cleaned.

J’adore this wonderful percolator!! I’m used to a Hamilton Beach; and this feels like luxury!! The lid fits more tightly than my previous pots, the spout doesn’t drip when you pour a cup of coffee, and it’s so elegant sitting at your coffee bar!! It makes a beautiful pot of coffee and keeps it screaming hot. I will absolutely purchase this again when mine wears out!!

We LOVE great coffee!!! After decades of drinking horrible to good to great coffee, we realized that the BEST coffee came from percolators combined with FRESHLY ground coffee beans. We have a 60-Cup percolator but that is for parties, Thanksgiving, and Christmas get togethers. Also, the drip coffee makers have PLASTIC everything and not only tend to fail but it has come to our attention that PLASTIC leeches into everything and hot water accelerates that process. SO, we searched for the best overall Percolater Coffee Pot that would BREW at least 12 CUPS, had little to NO PLASTIC that touches the coffee. We also liked the clear cap on the top that showed the coffee percolating (I know, it is plastic but it is the only plastic part touching the coffee). The Cuisinart's cool retro look, stainless components, name/reputation, and price point made it a good choice. Combined with freshly ground coffee beans, this percolator produces CONSISTENT excellent tasting HOT coffee! It is an improvement over the percolator coffee pots I grew up with in the 1960s and 70s as those utilized aluminum interior components and like plastic, we avoid aluminum. Finally, it just looks great sitting on the counter and to start it up, you just plug it in, wait a few minutes and voila, fresh hot coffee!

I visited my 101 year old aunt recently. She uses a coffee percolator. The coffee tasted so good! So, I bought the Cuisinart 12 cup percolator. It took me a pot or two to get the coffee to H2O ratio to my liking. I love it. The basket requires no filter. I remove the basket when the coffee is done before pouring. I leave it plugged in throughout the morning. Each cup is nice and hot and fresh. Just right. I love the glass top piece so you can see the coffee perking. It simply makes a great cup of Joe!

Excellent coffee maker, and reduces plastic in my kitchen

This Percolator makes a very good cup of coffee, my only negative is that the clear observation knob is made of plastic, I grew up at a time this was glass and there was no reason to worry about discoloration over time.

This coffee pot s good,easy too use,and don't have to use a lot of coffee grounds per pot and still have a good coffee.Cleans up very well,outside of pot keeps it'shine and inside easy clean up.All what everyone would want in a coffee pot.
