Cup4Cup Gluten Free Pie Crust Mix, 16 Oz

this mix made an amazing pie crust! It was tender and flaky and even my mon gluten free son couldn't tell the difference from a traditional wheat crust. The only downside is it's very expensive. roughly $10 for a double pie crust! Come on, If you charge a reasonable price, more people will buy!

Tastes like the Old Banquet Pot Pie (crust) in the red box... a little vinegar, an egg %26 ice water does the trick.. Nostalgia. Great product.

This worked really well as a quiche crust. The taste is excellent and the texture is not bad for a gluten free product.

The flour blend is good, and I like the Cup 4 Cup brand a lot! However, it's extremely expensive considering you only get 2 pie crusts per package.

It's so hard to find good pie crusts that are gluten free. I'm Celiac, and I miss the convenience at times of the simple baking items like ready to make/bake pie crusts. Walmart is really elite these days with the good quality gluten free pantry items. This GF pie crust mix is really great! Easy to use. Quality product.

This tastes amazing. No one would know it was gluten free. I even substituted dairy free butter and butter flavored shortening and it still came out great.

Use a good quality butter, and you won't know the difference it's even better than some of the gluten pie crusts! . Good for savory and sweet , picture is a pot pie.
