My Doctor told me about this product. I kept having UTI'S and she told me to get CYSTEX and use it as directed. I take 1 tablespoon every night in 2 ounces of unsweeten cranberry juice and I have my UTI"S under control. I love the taste of it, I could just take it by itself but I use it with the cranberry juice.

Easy to take every morning, equal to drinking whole glass of cranberry. It has helped keep urinary tract inline.

I love the taste. It's a cranberry taste, but not as tart. You can refrigerate it or not. If you have several UTIs this will hopefully reduce them. I love that it's a liquid and can use the cap to measure the dosage. It's a prebiotic.
