Cheaper than around the corner store.
With the tax and shipping, it still was cheaper the the hardware store around the corner. It harden really fast. I sealed off the hole around the kitchen and bathroom sinks and every corner, cracks in my apartment and believe it also stop some drafty areas and of cause, pest.
