No clumping! Great flavor. In baking can be substituted 1 for 1 ratio to cane sugar by volume (per TBLSP/cup etc) - NOT by weight if you use a scale for baking. Also will usually need to decrease the flour - sometimes by up to 25%. First time recipes will often need some tweaking but worth the effort because it's delicious and SO much more nutritious.

I don't use large quantities of sugar for anything, so the inevitable expense of making this extremely healthful swap for date sugar from regular refined sugar hasn't been bad. I put a little in my oatmeal each morning and it is SO yummy. I had already been keeping dates out in plain sight to satisfy cravings for sweets, and this was just the next step. happy I did!

This date sugar taste so good! I was using xylitol. However, I read that it's not the best for a healthy gut. I decided to purchased a sweetener made from dates. I'm glad I did! It's a wonderful replacement for questionable sweeteners.

Very nice product. I used it in some ice cream I made and it worked well. It had all the flavor I was looking for and I used it just like cane sugar. It came out just right.

great sweetener option to sweets like cakes and etc.. especially if you are looking for something aip compliant.

This product is very helpful for baked goods that need sweetness without processed sugar - similar to brown sugar results.

I would recommend this product for smoothies and baking, not so much as a drink sweetener. The pulp that it puts out is crazy. Other than that, a great product.

I bought this for my coffee and it didn't mix well and I didn't find the sweetness I wanted. Maybe for other purposes this might be good.
