Del Monte Sliced Peaches in Heavy Syrup, Canned Fruit, 29 oz Can

I've bought Del Monte canned fruits and vegetables for months now. I previously bought 2 other brands but most recently they just stopped being as good. I ended up throwing the remainder away. Then I started buying Del Monte and it all gets eaten, nothing is wasted. I will happily buy them from now on. It costs a little more than other brands, but it's well worth it.

Making a Peach Cobbler? 1 can of peaches, 1 cup of Martha White self-rising flour, 1 cup of Great Value sugar and 1 cup of Great Value whole or 2 % milk. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Get your greased dish hot. Pour the ingredients into the baking dish and let it bake 35 to 45 minutes. The top will be golden brown. Serve with Great Value Vanilla Ice Cream. It will please even picky eaters. Happy New Year!

Perfect size for my peach cobbler recipe! My husband is in Rehab and is,allowed to come visit today for 4 hours! I made him his favorite dessert, peach cobbler. Recipe I have used for over60 years. Mixed up crust ingredients, melted butter in bottom of pan, add the crust mixture then the can of peaches with half cup of sugar and a little cinnamon, and bingo, his favorite dessert! EASY and DELICIOUS!

These canned peaches have a flavor very close to Georgia fresh peaches. I have now found my brand for canned peaches, for keeps. The quality and flavor is worth every penny.

You know you want to sing the Peaches song by the Presidents of the United States of America every time you eat peaches and these for the bill. They are great.

There must be a shortage of sliced peaches because that’s what I ordered and they substituted peach half’s. Why couldn’t the manufacturer just slice the half’s in half?

The peaches are the same good quality as you always get from Del Monte. But Walmarts delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of outdated items. Four cans of peaches and three are dented. One looked like a forklift ran over it. Almost every order something is damaged. Its fairly obvious to me that the stores are pulling damaged merchandise because they dont want to have damaged goods on the shelf. Then it gets sent out to the online shoppers. And apparently Im not the only one. The phone wait time is terrible. On hold for 35 minutes for the first guy and he came on the phone chewing in my ear. He Immediately says since its food I had to talk to someone else. Brief hold he says. Not even!! So I wait another 25 minutes for 2nd person. She was not in this country and very very slow. Interestingly enough both times the recording said my wait time was 20 minutes and it gave a countdown every few minutes and towards the end it added a few extra minutes. I am guessing both employees were working from home and they were both busy with other things. Whatever the reason, very poor customer service. They send out replacements and I dont have to return the damaged items but I dont want to have to go through this every time.

Unlike other cans, this can of peaches tasted bland. It may have been reconstituted with peach juice and flavor. The peaches tasted overhydrated with water. The peaches were blended and used a an added ingredient.

Normally a five star product but last can was not. The can itself was discolored on the inside, the peaches were mushy some slices w pit attached. I could not eat them and threw them out.

The product is OK but the packaging was worst ever: cans loose dropped into box with thin brown paper strips randomly wrapped around, not tightly werapped around, cans rattled around during shipment and 6 of 6 (all) cans seriously dented, 4-5 square inches dented up to 1 inch deep. Atrocious!
