I've been using the DCF911B for a while now, and overall it's a very solid tool if you understand what it's designed for. This is a compact, mid-range impact, not a high-torque monster, and it performs exactly like one. The first thing I noticed is the size. It's small, lightweight, and easy to handle, which makes it great for tight spaces like engine bays or suspension work. It's also comfortable to use for extended periods, which is a big plus compared to heavier impacts. In terms of performance, it delivers around 250 ft-lbs fastening and 400 ft-lbs breakaway torque, which is more than enough for me. I generally use it for lug nuts, general automotive work, and basic maintenance and assembly work.

This discounted Impact Drive was a Great Buy! Perfect for removing 'rusted on' bolts and lug nuts. Get a 1/2" Impact Drive Socket Set, and you are all set. I was able to remove several uncooperative lug nuts on a car, after breaking a 3/8" drive socket using a breaker bar. I did use a lubricant spray the first time when tries manually, and the above result. With this 1/2" drive, and the correct size socket, the over-torqued lug nuts came off! Extremely Satisfied with the DeWalt. You will need a Battery/Charger though which I happened to have from another DeWalt Drill. Still, for the 100 bucks paid, a Great Tool, and Great price for what you get.

20V impact Wrench: Added to my collection of 20V Cordless Dewalt tools. So compact I can use it on 900 mile road trips to remove lug nuts easier than straining with a lug wrench. Also makes a good mechanic tool where a ratchet or torque wrench is not necessary. You should not use an impact wrench on spark plugs, it could strip threads or break the plug ceramic. Recommended for folks that want to go cordless especially where electricity is not available, like on the highway.

I am upset because I am an old Walmart customer and I purchase the Dewalt impact wrench and receive a smaller model than the one advertised in the illustration. and this small model is cheaper at HomeDepot. I feel cheated. Here I send you the photo of the Dewalt that they sent me vs the one they show in the ad.

Bought this to work on my car and was extremely disappointed. Wouldn't even break the lug nuts loose(80lbs). This tool is advertised incorrectly.

My wife bought this for me last year to help perform maintenance on our cars. It struggles to release wheel nuts on our Hyundai accent. I don't know if we need a larger battery or what but it does not have enough torque for small jobs. I use the 2AH 20V XR battery. Maybe it requires the 5 AH to really get the torque as advertised.

BOX CAME DESTROYED. TOOL PACKED EXTREMELY POORLY. SOMETHING IS LOOSE AND RATTLING. I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES OF BOX ALL MANGLED UP ONTOP OF MAIL BOX. DISGUSTING. SENT THIS TOOL IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. WHEN IT SHOULD OF BEEN WRAPPED AND PLACED IN A SHIPPING BOX. THIS IS HORRIBLE. IT RATTLING IN THE HANDLE. WHO EVER PACKED THIS AND SKIPPED IT LIKE THIS SHOULD BE BANNED FROM SELLING

Item has never arrived and Walmart is lieing and dragging their feet on any help. They won't reship the item at the sale price and they don't want to give me a refund either, they keep telling me I need to call back "tomorrow" and try again for a refund and that could take upwards of 10 days. I would highly recommend people not purchase from this company at all.

Bought thinking it would do a lot more. My 3/8 drive does just as much and still have to use my big impact for majority of jobs. Even with the 5ah batteries fully charged it'll barely remove lug nuts off vehicles. It barely comes out of my tool box anymore.
