Do your homework before buying
Product arrived from the seller from USPS later than promised date, with minimal bubble wrap surrounding it in a cheap plastic shipping bag, not even in a manufacturer's box, leading me to feel like it is potentially a knock-off item. Returning it to the store and won't be opening the bag until I'm there to show them the product I received.

Tool works okay but did not come in factory box or with a manual or with a warranty card. packaging was very poorly ,flopped around in side of box. would not buy from again.

aboid this shipper
ordered it but shipper never replied back to me. ssid it was shipped but gave me a bad tracking number. it is a good brand thats all i use.

BEWARE of this seller!
I received a defective unit (Dewalt hammer drill) so I started the return process. I shipped the item back to the Iversiones Varias Company within 30 days. And now the seller is refusing to replace the item or refund the money. First Marketplace order I've ever had a problem with.
