I love the power and ft lbs. of torque. Also I own all DeWalt tools and have had nothing but great experiences with them. I use this and its big brother for mechanic jobs. The improvements on this latest generation is huge. the compact size is also so much easier to use underneath any vehicle.
One of the best tools I own. I'm a farmer, I use my tools. Super powerful, does everything I have asked of it. Used it recently to take off 24mm tractor lug nuts. It laughed at them. I really haven't needed it on setting 3, 2 can handle anything. I highly recommend this.
Why didn't I buy this years ago. So easy to use. Zips off lug nuts like nothing. No air hose to wrestle with. No annoying compressor noise. No need to plug it in. Highly adjustable so you don't over torque.
i am happy with my.impact it arrived early and in good condition
Ive had this for a little over two years and unfortunately found it isn't durable. I overland, and the power to size ratio for this tool is super nice. Easy to keep in the truck. When it worked it wouldn't even blink at tire changes. When I blew out a tire the other weekend I got it out and took a really long time to break my lug nuts free and the I noticed it sounds there is something ratcheting inside (maybe a sheared tooth). I finished the job with a tire tool. To be clear this thing has maybe done a total of 12 tire rotations and handful changes. Kind of a bummer. I've had impacts from other brands that were used much harder and lasted longer
Tool might be good or maybe it is used or refurbished. I should’ve believed the negative reviews about the seller package guy. The name should be NO package guy because the tool comes bare in a plastic bag with no box of any kind let alone in the manufacturers packaging there is no documentation manual, etc. tool was dirty and had small scratches and top look like partially melted rubber not chancing that this is quite possibly not a new tool. Not sure why walmart continues to let the seller do this type of sales misleading it best deceptive more likely returning it.
Seller presented item as new, however the item was shipped without original packaging, documentation, warranty information, user manual. This item appears to be used and/or auction or refurbished.
it used. who knows whats inside it. scam seller. it came shipped in cheap plastic, no box to protect it, nothing. unbelievably angry right now. getting returned.
The item didn't come with all the piece 😔.
No way to tell how much torque you're getting it's a piece of crap
